Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the JeebJab website only. The JeebJab app has not launched; when it does, it will have its own privacy notice covering the data it processes.

1. Who we are
JeebJab is a product of Titanum Technologies Company, a Saudi company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration 7054181842. It is the controller of the personal data described here.

2. What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address and message, plus the date, time and browsing language. The careers form collects your name, email address, role of interest and message. The helper interest form collects your name, phone number and city, plus any vehicle details or message you choose to add.
When you submit a form we also use your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection in a short period, so the form cannot be abused. It is used for that check and is not stored with your message.
The contact, careers and helper interest forms send your details through an email delivery provider to our inbox.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and we do not build a profile of you.
Our hosting provider may record requests, including the page, time, IP address and browser information, to operate the site and investigate faults or abuse. We do not use these records to follow you across the site.
3. Why we use it
We use contact messages to answer enquiries, careers messages to review interest in roles, and helper interest messages to contact people when onboarding opens in their city. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Our basis for this is that you asked us to — you chose to write to us, and we cannot answer without your message and a way to reach you.
4. Who else sees it
Messages are read by the Titanum Technologies Company team in our email inbox. The Docker-hosted contact form also keeps a server copy.
The email delivery service processes messages submitted through the website, and our mailbox provider stores them so we can reply. The Docker-hosted contact form may also keep a separate server copy.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We would disclose it only where a law or a valid legal order requires it.
The server hosting this site is operated by a third-party infrastructure provider on our behalf. They hold the data as part of running the server; they do not use it for their own purposes.
5. Where it is held
The server currently hosting this website is located outside Saudi Arabia. If your message is transferred outside the Kingdom, it is because that is where the site runs, and it remains subject to this policy wherever it is held.
We are stating this plainly rather than omitting it. If cross-border handling matters to you, contact us before sending personal information.
6. How long we keep it
We do not currently delete contact, careers or helper interest messages from our inbox automatically. They remain there until we remove them. A Docker-hosted contact form may also keep a server copy.
If you ask us to delete your message, we will remove the copies we control. Email us at the address in section 10.
The language preference stored in your browser lasts a year unless you clear it. See the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to destroy it.
Separately from any right the law gives you: if you object to how we are using your message, tell us and we will stop, unless we are required to keep it.
Email hello@titanumtech.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Messages submitted through the website are transmitted to our email delivery service and held in our mailbox. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Changes and contact
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page rather than made quietly.
