Common questions
Frequently asked questions
What is JeebJab?
JeebJab is a marketplace app that connects people who need something moved, removed or delivered with helpers nearby who can do it. You post what you need, set the price you are willing to pay, choose a helper from their ratings, and pay in the app once the job is done.
What services does JeebJab cover?
Four services:
- Move — furniture and full apartment moves.
- Remove — collection of old furniture, appliances, electronics and other bulky non-hazardous waste.
- Deliver — buying items on your behalf, or collecting an order you placed with an online shop.
- Access — controlled vendor entry for managed properties, sold to property and facility teams rather than consumers.
Where does JeebJab operate?
Saudi Arabia. The pilot covers Saudi cities, with other locations to be announced.
Is the JeebJab app available yet?
Not yet. The app is pre-launch and has not been released on the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery. The website states its status honestly rather than taking sign-ups it cannot yet serve.
How do I pay for a job?
Payment is handled in the app, and only after the job has been completed. There is no cash handover at the door.
How much does it cost?
You set the price you are willing to pay when you post the job, and helpers respond to it. JeebJab does not publish fixed rates, because the price is agreed between you and the helper.
How are helpers verified?
Helpers complete ID verification and background checks before they can take any job. Customers are rated too, so the record runs in both directions.
What is the Access service?
Access is controlled vendor entry for managed properties. Property and facility teams approve visits in advance and verify them at the gate, so they keep a record of who entered a site and when.
Can I become a JeebJab helper?
Yes. You become a JeebJab helper in the app when you register. Because the app is in pre-launch, you can register your interest on the Become a Helper page for now, and JeebJab will contact you when onboarding opens in your city.
Who owns JeebJab?
JeebJab is a product of Titanum Technologies.
