These terms cover your use of the JeebJab website. They do not cover the JeebJab app, which has not launched and will have its own terms.

1. About us
This website is operated by Titanum Technologies Company, a Saudi company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration 7054181842.

2. The app has not launched
JeebJab is pre-launch. It is not available on the App Store or Google Play, and registering interest does not create an account, a booking or any entitlement to a service.
Descriptions of how the service will work are a statement of intent, not a promise that a feature exists today or a contractual commitment.
3. Using the site
You may read the site and contact us. Do not attempt to break it, gain access you were not given, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
4. What you send us
You are responsible for what you send through the contact form. Do not send confidential information, and do not send anyone else's personal data without a reason to.
We read messages and reply where a reply is warranted. We do not guarantee a response or a response time.
5. Our content
The JeebJab name, logo, text and design on this site belong to Titanum Technologies Company. You may quote or link to the site with attribution. Do not reuse the logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, and do not alter it. All other rights are reserved.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites, including social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on information on it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction — except where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version governs.
