What is JeebJab Access?
Access is controlled vendor entry for managed properties. The property team approves a vendor once. After that the vendor's drivers book their own arrival slot and receive a time-bound entry code, which is verified at the gate. The team keeps a record of who entered a site and when.
Access is aimed at property and facility managers rather than consumers, and is one of four JeebJab services alongside Move, Remove and Deliver. It operates in Saudi Arabia. The app is pre-launch.
Vendors Approved Once
The property team onboards a vendor once, not visit by visit. After that the vendor's drivers book their own slots, without a fresh approval for every delivery.
Time-Bound QR Codes
Each booked slot produces a unique code that is valid only inside its window. It is single-use and tied to the registered driver, so it cannot be passed on.
Checked At The Gate
The code is verified on arrival — genuine, inside its window, not already used, and matching the registered vehicle. Anything that fails is refused, with the reason shown to the guard.
Complete Entry Record
Every entry and exit is recorded with vendor, vehicle, timestamp and property. Residents are notified when their vendor arrives.
Drivers Book The Slot
The driver looks up the vendor they are delivering for at that property and books an arrival slot, the way you would book a laundry slot. The booking records who they are visiting on behalf of.

Facility teams see live and historical entries, manage approved vendors, and set the rules and time slots for their site in one place.

Find The Vendor

They pick an arrival window. The booking is tied to the vendor they are delivering on behalf of.
Enter And Scan
They arrive, receive a QR code for that slot, and scan it at the gate.
Complete And Exit
The task is completed and exit is logged — the visit is closed and recorded for the property with no manual reconciliation.
